KFB-Extramobile designs, develops and manufactures ambulances, rescue vehicles and specialist vehicles of various kinds in strict accordance with the highest safety standards, including DIN EN 1789.

In 2000 KFB took a decisive step towards improved safety and subsequently became one of the first manufacturers in the field to re-design its range of products in order to pass dynamic crash tests.

The needs and safety of patients and paramedics is always at the forefront of everything we design.  It is with this in mind that KFB ensures all the products we develop; patented stretcher chairs, stretcher storage and stretcher tables correspond to the safety requirements of DIN EN 1789. In addition to this, all built in seating conforms to M1 standards.
